After years of finessing her Bikram yoga practice, Addie found herself wanting to expand her yoga journey by adapting the sacred traditional practice to our modern day bodies.

 

As a RYT 200 in Baptiste Methodology and 110 Alignment Based Yoga, she enjoys immersing all of her preferred styles of yoga into one comprehensive practice. Her classes model her life's motto: "live unapologetically".

Addie enjoys her toddler twins, tattoos, and trikonasana's.  If she's not urging you to dig deep to find your inner badass, she's flowing right beside you in yoga class.
